Hello! My name is Kate Dembowski and I am an aspiring artist and college student from Royal Oak, Michigan. I am a fan of fun, playful, and practical design, as well as bold colors seen in much of my work. 

I am currently a junior at the College for Creative Studies studying graphic design and fine arts. I am a Communication Design major and have a particular interest in graphic design, digital collaging, logo design, typography, and packaging design. I am also building real-world experience in informational graphic work, book design, motion design and graphics, and website design, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript. 

In addition to these digital skills, I am working towards a minor in Art Practice at CCS. My work in this program includes an extensive knowledge of printmaking, as well as planned courses in woodshop, sculpture, and painting. Feel free to check out my printmaking portfolio! :)
